Miguel leads the Business Continuity and Emergency Management division at DV HR Solutions, bringing over 15 years of field-tested expertise in crisis preparedness, continuity planning, and disaster response. He works directly with clients across sectors—including healthcare, municipalities, and mission-driven organizations—to ensure they are ready to respond to disruptions with speed, clarity, and confidence.​At DVHR, Miguel develops and implements Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP), facilitates organizational risk assessments, and trains teams on emergency roles and protocols. He also leads special projects involving multi-agency coordination, regulatory compliance, and recovery planning.​With a deep understanding of both operational systems and human factors, Miguel ensures that every continuity strategy is not only compliant—but truly actionable. His leadership gives DVHR clients the peace of mind that, no matter the crisis, their people and operations are protected.
