Diana Valenzuela-Hidalgo is an accomplished Human Resources (HR) leader with over 20 years of experience in HR management, specializing in building strategic HR solutions that drive
business performance and culture transformation. She is a bilingual HR business partner who
has a proven track record of collaborating with senior and executive management teams across
a wide range of industries, including both union and non-union environments, as well as
Fortune 500 companies.
Throughout her career, Diana has held HR leadership roles with several prestigious
organizations, including Ryder Logistics, Walmart International, HMS Host International, Cox
Media Group, and others. Her work spans a variety of sectors, from logistics and retail to media
and hospitality. Diana’s deep expertise in HR consulting has enabled her to successfully work
with small, mid-sized, and large organizations, delivering tailored HR solutions that enhance
organizational effectiveness, productivity, and profitability.
